These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SmartFormulaPRO marketing website and application (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) The Service

SmartFormulaPRO is a deterministic formula and decision-rule tool that allows users to write rules using a DSL and run calculations. The Service may change over time, and we may add, modify, or remove features.

2) Your content

Execution occurs locally on your device. SmartFormulaPRO does not perform calculation or rule execution on its servers. Cloud infrastructure is used only for synchronization and backups of your formula library.

You retain ownership of the formulas and content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service (including synchronization and backups).

3) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to break security, or interfere with normal operation.
• Do not upload illegal content or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service except as allowed by applicable law.

4) Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms may be displayed in the app or on relevant purchase pages. Payments are processed by authorized third-party providers, and their terms may apply.

5) Disclaimer (important)

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. SmartFormulaPRO is a helper tool. You are responsible for verifying the correctness of your formulas, inputs, and outputs.

Do not rely on SmartFormulaPRO for critical engineering, medical, legal, safety, or financial decisions without independent professional verification.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFormulaPRO and its owners/contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business.

7) Availability and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or to protect security and integrity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
